The production process is meticulous: Blue Weber Agave is slow-roasted in brick ovens for 72 hours and, uniquely, fermented to the sound of classical music to encourage a relaxed, efficient yeast activity. Double distilled in copper pot stills, Yeyo offers a perfect balance of floral highs and spicy lows.
