RETURNS & REFUNDS

Alcohol Sales Policy

Due to federal and state regulations governing alcohol sales, we do not accept returns of alcoholic beverages once delivered. All alcohol sales are final. We are strictly unable to accept returns for:

  • Change of preference or mind
  • Incorrect items selected by the customer during checkout
  • Taste dissatisfaction

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, missing items, or contains the incorrect product, please contact us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery at:  📩 support@buhzd.com

Please include a brief description of the issue along with clear photographs of:

  • The damaged or incorrect item(s)
  • The exterior shipping box
  • Any visible packaging damage

Our team will review the issue and, at our sole discretion, determine an appropriate resolution. Damaged products may need to be returned to buhzd in order to receive a replacement or refund.

Flawed or Spoiled Product (Cork Taint)

If you receive a product that is demonstrably flawed (such as a wine with cork taint/TCA contamination) within thirty (30) days of the purchase date, please contact us at support@buhzd.com. buhzd maintains full discretion regarding the resolution of such concerns and does not guarantee a refund or replacement for vintage items out of our control.
