Touma Arak is known as "The King of Arak" in its home country of Lebanon. Produced by the Touma family in the Bekaa Valley since 1888, this spirit is a cultural icon. It is triple distilled from grape neutral spirits and high-quality aniseed.
When mixed with water and ice, it louches to a milky white, releasing its potent aromatics. It is the traditional accompaniment to Mezze, acting as a palate cleanser and a refreshing digestive.
Tasting Notes:
