The Botanist Islay Dry Gin is a progressive exploration of the botanical heritage of the Isle of Islay. Produced by Bruichladdich Distillery, it uses nine classic gin aromatics augmented by 22 hand-foraged local botanicals.

Distilled in a unique "Lomond" still named Ugly Betty, the distillation is slow and simmering. The result is a highly complex, floral gin that captures the essence of the Hebridean island. It is exquisite in a martini or a simple G&T with a sprig of rosemary.
