Ron Zacapa 23 is a world-renowned rum from Guatemala, distilled from virgin sugar cane honey rather than molasses. It is aged in the "House Above the Clouds" at 2,300 meters above sea level using a Solera system.
The blend contains rums aged between 6 and 23 years in a mix of American whiskey, delicate sherry, and fine Pedro Ximénez wine casks. The result is a deeply complex, sweet, and viscous spirit.
