Montelobos Espadín is the benchmark spirit of the brand, created by agave expert Iván Saldaña. It is an artisanal mezcal that perfectly balances the four flavor elements: green agave, cooked agave, smoke, and wild fermentation.

Organic agave is roasted in an underground pit and distilled in copper. It is versatile enough for cocktails but complex enough to sip neat.
