Ilegal Mezcal Añejo is a sophisticated spirit aged for 13 months in a blend of American and French oak barrels. It is produced in the Tlacolula Valley of Oaxaca using sustainable Espadín agave.
This extended aging mellows the smoke significantly, bringing forward rich notes of chocolate and orange. It drinks remarkably like a fine scotch or cognac, perfect for slow sipping.
