Don Fulano Añejo is a blend of tequilas aged for a minimum of 30 months in French Limousin oak. This is significantly older than the 1-year requirement for Añejo.
The result is a spirit that is not heavy or cloying, but dry and complex. It retains a fresh agave freshness beneath layers of dried fruit and spice.
