Del Maguey Tobalá is a legend in the mezcal world. The Tobalá agave grows wild in high altitudes and is much smaller than Espadín, requiring many more plants to make a bottle.
It creates a mezcal that is floral, sweet, and incredibly complex. It is often referred to as the "truffle" of mezcal due to its earthy, savory qualities and rarity.
