Del Maguey San Pablo Ameyaltepec is a rare "Vino de Mezcal" produced from wild Papalote agave (Agave cupreata). It hails from the state of Puebla, not Oaxaca.
This region offers a different terroir, creating a spirit that is exceptionally floral and bright. It is distilled in copper and offers a unique departure from the standard Del Maguey profile.
