Beylerbeyi Göbek Raki is a premium Turkish spirit distilled solely from the "Göbek" (belly) or the middle cut of the distillate. It uses Suma (grape spirit) and aniseed.
It is distilled three times in copper stills and contains no added sugar or extra alcohol. It is incredibly smooth and pure, widely regarded as the "champagne" of Rakis.
