Angel's Envy Rye is a whiskey that breaks the rules. It uses a mash bill of 95% rye and is finished for up to 18 months in Caribbean rum casks.
This finishing process is transformative. It takes the sharp, peppery spice of the rye and wraps it in a blanket of sweet gingerbread, maple syrup, and molasses. It is essentially dessert in a glass.
